Yes all caps, good god. I had 2 games without any environmental effects and they ran so smooth, no lag/framerate issues at all.
Next two games were HEAVY fog/dust and framerate on the new 5pt map (was Ambush tho) was ridiculous. So bad I sat over in a corner until game was done.
How can your inner testing not reveal this? PLEASE... remove this sorry feature in the game until a fix can be found for it. The game plays so smooth without it.
You want beta testers feedback... here it is. This feature is horrible. |

Yes we are testing it. I found what I think is a major graphics issue and am reporting it. But this particular issue has been reported... ALOT and nothing has been done. By nothing I mean, no response from CCP, no acknowledgement of an issue with it etc.
I am hoping someone besides a forum moderator will answer this and tell us they know of the issue and will remove it, or ask us to play through it while they work on a fix.
Acknowledge and Recognize the issue, please let us know you are aware there is one, as a beta tester I am trying to do my job, just want to know if they are aware of this horrible bug.

Agree this was the wrong forum. That's why I posted it in all three. Really like a blue to reply to this. If the lag from these environments was caused only on the 5pt. map I'd stfu, but it's caused on every map.
I will say last night I had 5 or 6 matches that were on dust/fog free maps and everything was great. It's the most matches with the effects in awhile, so idk if they toned it down a bit or I struck the lag lottery.
